```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the maintenance department
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance needs and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory

```Qualifications```
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience with logic controllers, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and other relevant software applications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
- Proven experience in supervising maintenance staff and managing projects effectively
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and experience in their maintenance is preferred

Pay: $20.06 - $24.15 per hour
