Longview Regional Medical Center is Hiring a PACU RN Near Longview, TX

The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, directing, providing and documenting nursing care in correlation with the nursing process and in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act, and Longview Regional Medical Center’s policies and procedures, physician’s orders, and Longview Regional Medical Center’s philosophy, goals and mission.

Will be required to participate in a rotating call schedule to include department coverage

  • Current valid Registered Nurse license to work in the State of Texas
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS
  • Current ACLS, PALS and TNCC certification or completion obtained within 9 months of employment.
  • Prefer CPAN certification.

2 years of PACU or critical care level experience preferred
