NOW HIRING: Social Worker (Full-Time)
Responsibilities of a Social Worker:
- Assess residents' emotional and social needs
- Develop care plans and support strategies
- Connect residents with necessary resources and services
- Enhance the overall well-being of individuals in long-term care facilities
Qualifications of a Social Worker:
- A degree in social work is required. CSW or LSW required
- A degree in Social Work is required
- Preferred at least one year of experience in long-term care.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in completion of MDS
- Strong organizational skills, as evidenced by the ability to multi-task
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated investigation skills related to customer complaints and other resident concerns
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word,
- Able to lead others and organize weekly Interdisciplinary team meetings
- Strong documentation skills
