Longstreet Clinic is seeking a Revenue Cycle Representative for our Revenue Cycle team. This position will be responsible for providing superior customer service to patients concerning their accounts and maintaining registration of patient accounts using Real Time Eligibility, resolves open insurance, denied insurance claims, patient and credit balances. 

Successful candidate will be experienced resolving denied insurance claims via the corrected claim or appeals process, resolving insurance and patient credits on accounts, monitoring insurance policies, bulletins and updates, applying self-pay and direct pay discounts and maintaining self-pay reports; experience in processing daily correspondence and posting payments via electronic remits, cash and credit cards.
