LONGSTREET CLINIC is Hiring a Patient Care Coordinator - Pediatrics Buford Near Buford, GA

Longstreet Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Pediatrics department located in Buford, GA. We are looking for a friendly face to greet our patients in a caring and kind manner while exhibiting exceptional customer service at all times.
This position is responsible for:

answering incoming calls
directing calls to appropriate staff
greeting and checking in all patients for office appointments
organizing paperwork for patients to fill out
scanning insurance cards
entering all demographic information
inputting referrals for office visits
scanning for staff as needed
working closely with physicians and staff

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday once every 4-5 weeks. Saturday shifts are 8am – 12 noon and employees will take either a half or full day off during the normal work week on the week of their Saturday shift.
