Longstreet Clinic is seeking an experienced clinical phone triage who is patient-centered to work in our Internal Medicine office located in Gainesville, Georgia. This is a full-time position. EPIC experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

This position will assist in providing appropriate care to patients while communicating with patients via telephone. The clinical phone triage team member will be responsible for answering questions and requests from patients regarding their medical care in a friendly and courteous manner, will triage patients, take patient's medical history and will communicate between our patients, their families and our providers. Clinical healthcare experience preferred. Current active license with the Georgia Board of Nursing or Medical Assistant certification required.
