Job Description

  • Develop the go-to-market strategy program of LONGi’s commercial products.
  • Lead and implement processes and programs across marketing campaign activities.
  • Oversee program management processes by creating project schedule and communication plans, reporting project statuses, managing scope changes and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Build execution frameworks and roadmap and Identify tasks for project teams.
  • Provide product promotion materials and customize them based on regional characteristics.
  • Identify Key Performance Indicators for program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reporting, analysis, actionable items and recommendations to drive growth.
  • Adopt changes to address changing market conditions and evolving business goals aligning with corporate business strategies.
  • Get involve into the product support structure and provide technical input to customer services in North America.
  • other related duties as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or above in science, marketing, or related field.
  • 3 years of work experience in product marketing role.
  • understanding on PV ingot/wafer/cell/module manufacturing technology.
  • product marketing and development knowledge.
  • written and verbal communication skills with sharp negotiation tactics.
  • driven and detail oriented.
