Duties:

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Perform basic math calculations for order totals and bill splitting

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Note: Sanitation, food preparation, and kitchen duties are typically handled by other positions in the restaurant, such as chefs or kitchen staff. However, having a basic understanding of these areas can be beneficial for servers to provide accurate information to guests.
