* Tests the dish machine for proper levels of sanitizing solution.

* Responsible for the total sanitation of the dish machine and dish room.

* Wraps silverware and empties the trash containers in the dish room and kitchen.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Physical requirements include constant standing/walking and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 10-25 pounds frequently.
