Role Summary:

As an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor at Longhini Sausage, you will lead a critical role in overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and safely, thereby supporting our mission to produce high-quality products with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Collaborate: Direct and work alongside a team of skilled maintenance technicians, ensuring tasks and projects are completed efficiently while fostering team development.
• Enhance Operational Efficiency: Take charge of troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all mechanical and electrical systems, enhancing plant operations and extending equipment life.
• Champion Preventative Maintenance: Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules to significantly reduce emergency repairs and ensure machinery longevity.
• Advance Technical Expertise: Utilize your skills to interpret technical schematics and operate machine tools, elevating the maintenance team’s capabilities.
• Safety Leadership: Uphold the highest safety standards, training your team to maintain a secure working environment and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the maintenance budget, optimize resource allocation, and manage administrative responsibilities including team performance and hiring.

• Successfully implement maintenance strategies that reduce repair needs by 30%.
• Lead a team that consistently meets efficiency and effectiveness targets.
• Achieve zero safety violations and complete compliance with safety guidelines.

We're Looking For Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven industrial maintenance experience with mechanical and electrical equipment, demonstrating a strong ability to manage and optimize plant machinery and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance software and familiarity with various manufacturing equipment.
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and climbing.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential overtime and weekend work as needed by the business.
