Longeviti LLC is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Analyst with at least five (5) years of eDiscovery experience and 24 verifiable, credit hours in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering to support the DEA in Lorton, VA. Must be U.S. citizen and eligible for Public Trust clearance.DESCRIPTIONThe DEA requires qualified digital forensic examiners to conduct identification, collection, preservation, documentation and analysis of digital evidence. The DEA also requires qualified Discovery staff in support eDiscovery services. The DEA requires the following support staff: program analyst, research and develop engineers, senior system architect, and a senior system administrator. The primary place of work performance is the Digital Evidence Laboratory at 8550 Cinder Bed Road, Suite 500, Lorton, Virginia 22079, but may also include positions permanently located at other DEA facilitiesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Utilizing standardized eDiscovery software tools such as Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or other enterprise tools.
- Ensuring complete and accurate project documentation is created and maintained.
- Identifying, preserving, collecting, and producing Electronically Stored Information (ESI) in response to discovery requests.
- Managing eDiscovery production and prepare data analysis reports and documentation.
- Ensuring proper data handling procedures and chain of custody.
- Assisting with the eDiscovery process from ingestion to production of eDiscovery materials, up to and through data archiving.
- Conducting complex Boolean searches and generation of reports in an eDiscovery platform, currently Relativity.
- Processing, ingesting, integrating and organizing native files and loading data from digital media sources into an eDiscovery platform, currently Relativity.
- Daily client contact and working in high pressure court deadline-driven environments. • Identifies and addresses data quality issues.
- Providing expert witness testimony as needed.
- Performing other laboratory functions as assigned.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among Chief council, investigators and eDiscovery team members.
- Develop schedule, assigns, and distributes casework to eDiscovery team.
- Tracks project progress and workflow.
- Researches and analyzes changes and developments in eDiscovery.
- Provide technical leadership to litigation teams.
- Identifies and addresses systemic data quality issues.
- Provides technical guidance and recommendations to enhance DEA eDiscovery capabilities and production of ESI.
- At least five (5) years of eDiscovery experience
- Experience in the use of standardized e-Discovery software tools such as Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, or other enterprise tools
- Public Trust through DoJ
- Bachelor’s degree
- 24 credit hours in computer science, engineering or mathematics
