Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality food and service. Responsibilities: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand - Ensure all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored - Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and appliances - Empty trash containers regularly to maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Knowledge of basic food handling and safety guidelines Skills: - Banquet experience - Ability to clean efficiently and effectively - Food preparation knowledge - Catering experience is a plus - Familiarity with food service industry standards - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices - Hospitality mindset with a willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant - Previous experience bussing tables is beneficial Join our team as a Dishwasher and contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
