Are you passionate about infrastructure services and value working for a company that embraces diverse innovative technology?

We are looking for an impactful and dedicated Messaging Administrator for our Integrated Global Services team to be based out ofour Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto or Vancouver branch to act as the primary point of contact on all Office 365, MS Teams and Skype for Business operational needs! You will play a key role in the delivery of service excellence to our Managed IT Services clients.

A Day in the Life:

• Act as the go-to technical resource assisting multiple clients with Microsoft Messaging technologies & Cloud platform support for Azure, AWS, & GCP
• Troubleshoot issues with hybrid Exchange, Exchange Online, mail routing, Azure AD, Teams/Teams for Business online, Microsoft Teams and other Messaging related infrastructure.
• Work with a dynamic team of Messaging & Cloud support specialists
• Provide recommendations on how to improve efficiencies with the technologies we support
• Assist with other technical infrastructure support activities as required
• Participate in group events and discussions with clients, vendors, and other system consultants
• Follow the Long View and, where applicable, clients' change management methodology at all times
• Use LogicMonitor to view and assess Exchange/Teams alerts
• Apply updates quarterly to our clients’ Exchange servers
• Participation in an on-call rotation

• 5 years’ experience as a Messaging Specialist in a Microsoft environment, supporting versions of Exchange from 2010 – 2019 and Teams
• 2 years’ experience supporting and maintaining Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Microsoft 365 services including Teams
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Voice and voice integration with on-premises Teams
• Strong background in infrastructure support including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, AD Connect and DNS
• 2 years’ experience managing Microsoft 365 using PowerShell
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance center, Cloud App Security and Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Intune
• Knowledge of multi-factor authentication
• Knowledge of multiple mail gateways, including ProofPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
