**Summary:**
The Maintenance Director plays a crucial role in managing the facility's daily and preventative maintenance program. This hands-on position includes overall inspection, repair, and general maintenance of interior and exterior areas. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Maintenance Director:**
