Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dementia care, nursing, financial acumen, leadership, and operations management.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the nursing home's daily operations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care
- Oversee financial management and budgeting processes
- Lead and mentor staff to provide high-quality care to residents
- Collaborate with medical professionals to optimize resident treatment plans
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
- Valid LNHA license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in healthcare administration, preferably in long-term care settings
- Strong knowledge of dementia care, memory care, and home care services
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen for budget management and cost control
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Understanding of resident rights and regulatory compliance
