• Kits Builder- responsible to assemble kits and track total of items, must have attention to details.
• Returns- department works closely with customer service via computer communication to ensure that all customers receive their refund and exchanges. Inspect and verify products and merchandize worth returning back into inventory. Verify and inspect all forms, reports and records relating to product returns. Inspect the returned product, checking for damages, modifications, and installation before placing it back into our inventory for resale.

**Work Schedule: Monday through Friday. Must work Mandatory overtime. We are currently working 9-hour days. Must be able to work overtime – daily and 2 Saturday(s) a month.

Key skills to be successful:

• Ability to push, pull or lift objects between 50-70 lbs. consistently.
• Accuracy & detail oriented
• Customer service experience
• Problem solving/ analytical
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment i.e., pallet jack, tape gun, shrink wrap
• Ability to stand and/or walk 95% of the shift.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, (cold in winter, hot/humid in summer.)
