Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner as they arrive at the dealership.
• Perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds, noting any visible damage or issues and documenting them accurately.
• Collect basic information from customers and assist with check-in procedures for service appointments.
• Introduce customers to their service advisors and facilitate communication between customers and advisors throughout the service process.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and filing paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the service lane area, ensuring a positive experience for customers at all times.
