We are currently looking for Service Technicians with experience with any makes/models. Our Service Technicians service and repair vehicles as assigned by management following all established standards and procedures. We deliver the highest quality service while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Diagnosing and Repairing Faults: Identifying mechanical, electrical, or technical issues through diagnostic tests, troubleshooting, and analysis. You will be responsible for diagnosing the root cause of problems and implementing effective repair solutions to restore equipment functionality.
Executing Repair Work: Carrying out repair work on faulty equipment, machinery, or systems, following manufacturer guidelines, technical specifications, and safety protocols. This may involve replacing defective parts, repairing electrical components, or recalibrating systems to meet operational standards.
Maintaining Documentation: Accurately documenting all maintenance and repair activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, to maintain comprehensive records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents, injuries, or damage to equipment. You will also ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and company policies during all maintenance and repair activities.
Providing Technical Support: Offering technical expertise and support to other team members, including colleagues, operators, or customers, to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on equipment operation and maintenance.
Continuous Improvement: Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency. You may be involved in recommending upgrades, modifications, or process improvements to optimize equipment functionality.
Customer Service: Interacting with customers or end-users in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, and providing timely assistance to resolve technical issues or inquiries related to equipment operation or maintenance.
Training and Development: Participating in training programs, workshops, or certifications to enhance technical skills, stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and ensure proficiency in the latest equipment technologies and repair techniques.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and effectiveness of equipment operations, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training, at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, and certification by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, a strong technical performance record, and strong physical dexterity and stamina to get the job done are required. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.
We pay our service technicians up to $72 per flat rate hour based on experience with weekly pay guarantees. We offer up to 5 weeks PTO with a cash out option.
