We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and have great customer service skills! The Customer Service Specialist provides support and performs customer service tasks for Sales Consultants within the Sales Department. Each team member assists customers with various needs including technology training (dashboard features, pairing cell phones, etc.), aspects of their purchase, and helping to maintain our vehicle lots by keeping them neat and clean. The Customer Service Specialist Team also helps to ensure all vehicles are clean and prices are clearly displayed. This team sets/promotes a tone of professionalism for the organization. The Customer Service Specialist must have the skills, experience, and energy to provide high-level support and customer service, which includes strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and organize in an effective manner and respond quickly to changing requirements.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, as well as a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. General knowledge of iPhone/Android Bluetooth functionality is required. He or she must have strong organizational skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong problem solving skills, and excellent computer. Fluent English speaking and good time-management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
