We are currently looking for a Quick Oil Change Technician (Quick Lane Tech) with experience servicing any vehicle makes/models, including diesels. We deliver the highest quality service while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Quick Lane techs are responsible for performing routine oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance tasks. Their duties include draining old engine oil, replacing oil filters, checking and topping off fluid levels, conducting basic vehicle inspections, and providing friendly and professional customer service. Quick Lane change technicians may also perform tire rotations and other preventative maintenance services as needed. It is essential for oil change technicians to maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment, follow proper procedures for disposing of used oil and filters, and ensure that tools and equipment are in good working condition. Overall, oil change technicians play a crucial role in maintaining the performance and longevity of vehicles while providing excellent service to customers.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED. An unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, a strong technical performance record, and strong physical dexterity and stamina to get the job done are required. He or she must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.

This position's compensation is based on Flat Rate Hours turned therefore, you are more in control of your income verses an hourly pay plan. If you have experience servicing any vehicle makes/models, including diesels, your potential for quick growth is even greater!

Starting pay $15-25 depending on experience!

Experience

• 1 - 2 years: Dealership or Quick Oil Change Facility Experience Preferred, But Not Required
