Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and Volunteer and Visitor Services Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of our volunteers, as well as the day-to-day services for our visitors. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of our organization's mission and programs.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure our daily visitors have a fulfilling experience
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain volunteers
- Utilize various methods such as social media, community outreach, and networking to attract potential volunteers, members and visitors
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess volunteer suitability
- Provide orientation and training to new volunteers
- Assign volunteers to appropriate roles based on their skills and interests

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service, volunteer management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire volunteers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.09 - $21.00 per hour
