Long Island Center for Digestive Health (LICDH), a GI Ambulatory Endoscopy Center located in in the Nassau Hub in Uniondale, NY, has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Endoscopy Technician to join our team!

What you do (responsibilities):

• Reprocessing scopes
• Assisting in procedures
• Setting up patient procedure rooms
• Stocking and maintaining supplies
• Assisting the clinical team in delivering high quality professional care while achieving optimal patient satisfaction

Job requirements include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (BCLS preferred)
• Experience in a Medical environment and working knowledge and proficiency in the use of Medical terminology preferred
• Experience with scope reprocessing is preferred
• Requires effective communication skills, solid team player and a commitment to providing excellent patient service and professionalism.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
• CBSPD Certification required within one year of hire.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
