Long Fence is currently seeking a Residential Fence Superintendent. The position will be based out of our Chantilly, VA office.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• meeting with consumers
• performing quality control inspections,
• leading crews to meet project goals

The candidate will work in coordination with the installation department and sales staff to ensure a positive client experience for each project.

A qualified candidate should have a minimum of 5 years construction installation experience, as well as a working knowledge of field and crew supervision.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Site visits to perform quality control inspections with detailed tracking of results
• Meeting with consumers to review project results
• Assist crews job set up and installation

Pay rate is dependent on experience. Pay rate starts at $25 per hour.
