The Lead Custodian instructs District staff on proper cleaning and maintenance procedures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and has excellent verbal communication skills. We are looking for someone who displays outstanding judgment and enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced and change-oriented work environment and is good with the scheduling, assigning, inspecting and participating in the work of the night shift custodial crews assigned to District buildings and facilities.
