Clinical Director

Requirements:

• A current Texas license Resisted Nurse, holding license in good standing for a minimum of two
• At least two years' experience in a setting-providing trauma informed, strength­ based treatment and assessment for seriously emotionally disturbed adults, children and/or adolescents.
• Knowledge and experience in service provision, charting, billing and utilization
• Residential treatment and supervisory experience in a cutting edge

and high impact organization strongly preferred.

• Must be 21 years old.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating the intake of children into Lonestar care. Responsible for maintaining on-going liaison with county workers, probation officers, county mental health workers, and legal guardians regarding each client's progress in the program, with special emphasis on the development of successful discharge plans. Review Medical Records and maintaining compliance with written physicians’

• In concert with the Executive Director, supervises Residential Supervisors regarding all operations of the residential facility, including facility management and supervision of Residential Counselors. Monitors the implantation of the child's service plan and document clearly the outcomes for interventions used in childcare.
