Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including packaging, operating reach trucks, forklifts.

Responsibilities:

• Manually and mechanically loading, securing, and unloading materials from pallets, skids, platforms, and transport vehicles
• Manual and mechanically lifting.
• Inspecting product loads for accuracy to ensure timely and complete delivery.
• Adhering to safety standards and regulations
• Loading containers
• Using pneumatic air/power tools (torque wrench, nail gun, impact gun)
• Operating heavy machinery including but not limited to forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Operating a heat gun
• Shrink wraps goods or otherwise secures them and prepares them for transport.
• Complete and document forklift inspection form before start of shift and when operating a new forklift.
• Documents arrival, departure, and movement and storage of goods, checks trucking manifests and bills of lading, maintains inventory, and tracks fulfillment of customer and vendor orders.
• Any duty or task assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• At least one (1) year of warehouse or manufacturing environment experience required.
• At least six (6) months previous fork truck / forklift experience required; Sit-down and Stand-up certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer usage skills required.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Good critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Good time management skills
• Capable of working safely and accurately in fast-paced environment
• Capable of working inside or outside facility in high heat or cold conditions for entire shift
• Requires prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
