Position Overview:
We are in search of an enthusiastic Relationship Team Assistant to be the face of our South Texas branch. If you have a flair for communication and are driven to excel in customer service, join us and play a pivotal role in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome walk-in customers and handle incoming calls with courtesy and efficiency.
• Foster and maintain customer relationships and assist in follow-up communications.
• Gain expertise in our storage solutions to provide the best recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to facilitate transactions.
• Assist in achieving sales and rental objectives.

Requirements:

• Positive, outgoing demeanor with a genuine enthusiasm for sales and customer service.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish – bilingual skills are a significant plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Team player, eager to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, or a strong willingness to learn.
