Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Banquet Sales Coordinator to join our team. A Banquet Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring successful banquet events by effectively communicating with clients, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Banquet sales coordinators communicate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and expectations.

- Event Planning: They assist in planning and organizing banquets, including menu selection, room setup, and event logistics.

-Sales and Contracts: Coordinators work closely with clients to secure bookings, negotiate contracts, and finalize event details.

- Logistics: They ensure that all necessary arrangements are made, such as staffing, equipment, and decorations.

-Customer Service: Banquet sales coordinators provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the planning process and during the event.

-Coordination: On the day of the event, they oversee the execution of the banquet, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

-Post-Event Follow-Up: After the event, they may gather feedback from clients and evaluate the success of the banquet.

Requirements:
-Communication: Strong bilingual English/Spanish verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and internal teams.

-Organization: Coordinating multiple events requires excellent organizational abilities.

-Attention to Detail: From menu choices to seating arrangements, precision matters.

- Sales Acumen: Understanding sales processes and negotiation skills are valuable.

-Hospitality Knowledge: Familiarity with banquet operations, catering, and event planning.

- Software Proficiency: Proficient in using event management software and tools. (Training will be provided)

-Food Handler Certification, Nevada TAM card (can be completed upon being hired).

-Must be available to work some weekends.
