London Approach is Hiring a Systems Analyst Near Pennsylvania, PA
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our client’s team and contribute to the seamless operation of their organization's network and computer systems. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing systems, testing cost-effective solutions, and providing essential support to ensure the efficiency of daily operations.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $70,000 - $80,000 | Based on experience*
LOCATION: REMOTE | Must be based in the United States*
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 3 years of experience working with systems/programming analysis.
- Unix Shell Scripting: Involvement with Unix shell scripting, including move, copy, grep, and conditional statements.
- Scripting Knowledge: Preferred working knowledge of Perl, Bash, or other scripting tools.
- Excel Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, including data entry, formatting cells, sorting, filtering, text-to-columns, and creating formulas.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Remote Work Capability: Ability to work productively in a secure remote environment.
- Utilize Automic and proprietary software to monitor and troubleshoot daily workflows, ensuring the smooth functioning of automated processes.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.
- Offer prompt and effective assistance in resolving file transmission issues, maintaining an uninterrupted workflow for the organization.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to identify and resolve file processing issues, ensuring open and efficient communication channels.
- Rotating Shifts: Be part of a rotating schedule (Mon-Wed / Thu-Sun) every four months, covering shifts from 7 AM to 9 PM or 7 AM to 3:30 PM (Sunday 12 PM to 5 PM).
- On-Call Rotation: Participate in the on-call rotation with fellow members of the file processing team to address any arising issues promptly.
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent Green Card holders.

- This is a W2 only opportunity.
