IT Security Analyst
Location: Concordville, PA (onsite 60%)
Compensation: Up to $80,000
We are seeking a skilled IT Security Analyst to protect our client’s organization's digital assets from cyber threats. You will monitor security incidents, perform vulnerability assessments, and respond to incidents promptly to maintain a robust security posture.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze security incidents, proactively identifying potential threats.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to strengthen infrastructure and applications.
  • Respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures.
  • Assist in security audits, compliance assessments, and the development of incident response plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Cybersecurity, or a related field (required).
  • 4 years of experience in IT security, incident response, vulnerability assessment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, GIAC, or similar.
  • Proficiency in configuring firewalls, managing IDS/IPS solutions, and utilizing SIEM tools.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools for system and network weaknesses.
  • Comprehensive understanding of phishing concepts and effective incident response.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for security, network, and software issues.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality, adaptability, and continuous learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Technical experience within Financial Services would be advantageous.
