London Approach is Hiring an IT Help Desk Associate Near Philadelphia, PA
Hourly Comp Range: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Contract Length: 6 months
Our client is looking to add a junior-level IT Help Desk Associate to their growing team! If you're passionate about providing IT support and have experience troubleshooting in Mac and Windows environments we would love to hear from you!
Desired Qualifications:
- 3 years professional experience in a Desktop Support/Help Desk role (REQUIRED).
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Hands-on experience with both hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Well-versed in both Windows and Mac environments (REQUIRED).
- Passionate about IT support, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication skills and the capability to work directly with all levels of employees.
- Ability to assist with a variety of technical troubleshooting and administration tasks.
- Firsthand experience imaging, deploying, installing, and configuring computer systems and applications for a large organization.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
