We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Property Manager to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a full-time hybrid role, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday and remote work on Thursdays and Fridays. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial/industrial property management and will be proficient in using Yardi.

Type: Full-time, Hybrid (Monday-Wednesday on-site, Thursday and Friday remote)

Salary: $30-35/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of commercial/industrial properties, including tenant relations, leasing, and property maintenance
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure the property is properly maintained and managed according to established procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant and property records using Yardi software
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns, and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting and rent collections
• Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on necessary repairs and maintenance
• Participate in leasing activities, including showing available spaces to prospective tenants and assisting with lease negotiations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial/industrial property management
• Proficient in using Yardi software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
