Desktop Administrator Position:
Primary responsibilities
- Resolve help desk issues promptly
- Update software on workstations and laptops
- Process new-hires and terminations
- Provide VDI environment maintenance
- Provide support for network and desktop printers
- Prioritize projects and help desk issues efficiently
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software
- Document all actions when troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Be available to work non-business hours
- Cover the shift for our night print operator, as needed
Qualifications
- A or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of hands-on desktop support experience
- Current Windows operating system experience
- Vmware Horizon experience
- Active Directory
- Printer troubleshooting
- Basic networking
