Lombardo Property Management, Voted Best Places to work for 2021, is looking to hire a self-motivated individual to fill a position as Groundskeeper. This position would be located in Northern Macomb County.

As a Groundskeeper you play a vital role in creating a great first impression and ensuring residents feel at home in their community. The ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter, organized, has an eye for detail, can work independently or in a team environment. Must possess an upbeat, positive attitude and approach to overcoming challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to

  • Primarily responsible for the daily upkeep of grounds and appearance of the property; upkeep of community amenities and common areas, creating and maintaining curb appeal.
  • May assist in minor exterior repairs as needed.
  • Maintains exterior preventative maintenance programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to meet schedules.
  • Positive attitude and self-directed.
  • Can work flexible schedule multiple days of the week.
  • Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
  • Dependability and Integrity.
  • Must be able to use tools and machinery.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must have current driver’s license.
  • Business Professional Appearance
