Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Pediatrics, is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for all its faculty, staff, and student body. The Division of General Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine (PHM) has an immediate need for a BE/BC Pediatrician or Pediatric Hospitalist to join our team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about working in a medical education setting and quality improvement. Loma Linda University Children’s Health Pediatric Hospitalist Group also serves at Riverside University Health System, Desert Regional Medical Center and John F Kennedy Hospital.
If you have specific areas of interest in medical education, research, quality improvement or patient safety we welcome those interests and would like to hear more about how those could be integrated with a hospitalist position.

Location Overview
Loma Linda Children’s Hospital is a 364-bed facility, which includes a 25-bed PICU, 60-bed NICU, 14-bed Pediatric cardiac ICU and pediatric inpatient units. Loma Linda University Medical Center and Children’s Hospital is the largest tertiary care referral center for the Inland Empire that spans Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Mono Counties.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $150,000 - $191,000. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
