Loma Linda Staffing LLC is Hiring a Director of IT - Covina, CA Near Covina, CA

Position Title: Director of IT
Position Type: Full-Time, Benefited
Compensation: $130,000 - $155,000 DOE

Location: Covina, CA
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Developing and implementing the IT strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Overseeing the management of the organization's information systems, databases, networks, and technology infrastructure
  • Ensuring the security of the organization's IT systems and data, implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures
  • Managing and leading the IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective performance
  • Developing and managing the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation
  • Working closely with other departments to understand and stay informed of their IT needs and providing solutions that enhance overall organizational efficiency
  • Staying informed about technological advancements and recommend innovative solutions that can benefit the organization
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to IT and data management
  • Collaborating with external vendors and service providers to obtain and maintain necessary IT services and products
  • Providing training programs for staff to enhance their IT skills and promote a technology-aware culture within the organization
  • Actively participating in annual in-service training
  • Abiding by all of Options for Learning’s policies and procedures
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field required
  • Master's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field highly preferred
  • 8 years' experience in IT, Computer Science or a related field highly preferred
  • California driver license required
  • Ability to operate daily use of automobile and/or travel to varied sites required
  • Automobile liability insurance required
