Chiropractic ASSISTANT dream job!!!!!!

Nestled in the heart of Downtown Denver’s LoHi Neighborhood, we are a HIGH ENERGY health & wellness clinic. We specialize in the ULTIMATE PATIENT EXPERIENCE in Chiropractic, Massage, Physical Therapy & Acupuncture. We are growing every day, reaching more and more people who want our CARE! Duties include:

Greeting patients with a smile & Work closely with the Doctors to manage office efficiency, flow & quality of customer care!

Preparing our daily huddle form with goals & stats for the office, preparing Patient files for exams, performing exams (including Vitals, range of motion, height and weight, running diagnostic scans), note taking for the Doctor’s, completing chart notes, performing therapies on patients in our physiotherapy department (ultrasound, muscle stimulation, graston, cupping, etc), performing PT (physical therapy) programs with patients and offering tips/advice/modifications and making sure the patients and families that come in feel the warmth of our office and get that extra personal touch!

Will be crossed trained at the reception area to assist with patient scheduling, phone calls, processing paperwork, filing and scanning, processing new patients, etc.

Marketing & Promo: creating awesome Health & Wellness content and running our social media department (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google My Biz), email and text campaigns to our patients for internal promos we are running, and creating & sending out educational videos!

Hiring Immediately with a 1-2 week training period

Compensation: $18-$20/hour

Working Days: (Staff required to arrive 30 min pre-shift to prepare each day) Monday (8am-12pm & 2pm-6pm)

Tuesday (2pm-6pm)

Wednesday (8am-12pm & 2pm-6pm)

Thursday (8am-12pm)

Friday (8am-12pm & 2pm-6pm)

Experience:

Front Desk Receptionist: 1-2 years (Preferred)

Chiropractic and/or Healthcare: 1-2 years (Preferred)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Language:

English (Required)

Bilingual in Spanish (Desirable)
