Logiaide is Hiring a Billing clerk Near San Diego, CA

Logiaide is a U.S. Customs Broker with a modern thinking culture and oriented to offer an excellent service to our clients.

We're looking to find an Billing & AR Clerk able to achieve professional accomplishments and show lead skills as proactivity and self motivation.

Duties and responsibilities :

Provide general administrative support

Work proactively by anticipating problems and always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes

Prepare, and issuing information related to customer accounts, including invoices, bills, inventory records, account reports, and any other relevant financial statements, using computerized or manual systems

Following up through emails or phone calls with customers on overdue bills and agreeing on payment schedules where necessary

Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels

Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills

Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Required qualifications :

Bachelors degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

MS Office Knowledge

Must be able to legally work in the U.S.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Excellent communication skills : both written and spoken. Able to effectively address all levels within the organization

Experience handling confidential matters

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under time constraints

1 year prior experience in an office environment

Must be able to multitask

Must be able to willing to learn new processes quickly
