Job Description:

• Instructor for Health Science pathways at the career center, students grade 9-12.
• 185 day contract

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess, or qualify for either a CTE Health Occupations 5-12, or Workplace Specialist Nursing 9-12 license.
• Upon offer, applicant must complete and clear drug screen and expanded criminal history background check for school personnel as required by Indiana state law.
• Ability to plan, instruct, and manage the classroom environment.
• Coordinate and develop program needs, including items such as curriculum, materials, equipment, and certifications.
• Maintain and facilitate connections between Century and our community stakeholders, including local industry partners.
• Support and implement school corporation and building level policies.
• Perform all other reasonably assigned duties.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, including areas such as nursing or emergency medical services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Leadership and team experience within a department.
