Job Description:

• Teacher will be responsible for teaching Math to 6th grade students.
• Demonstrate a high level of effectiveness.
• Use a variety of instructional methods and materials.
• Possess a growth mindset.
• Maintain control that is conducive to safety in the classroom. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Valid IN teaching license covering elementary education or Mathematics covering 6th grade
• Upon offer, applicant must complete and clear drug screen and expanded criminal history background check for school personnel as required by IN state law.

Job Qualifications:

• Applicant must possess a knowledge of best practices in Math instruction
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students of all abilities.
• Strong communication skills in order to successfully interact with students, staff and parents.
• Knowledge of technology needed for successful Math classroom.
