Your Responsibilities:

• Lead daily cleaning efforts to maintain the community's allure.
• Oversee and enhance the appeal of buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Promptly address work orders while coordinating with the Community Manager.
• Effectively communicate work order details and align tasks with leasing priorities.
• Utilize your expertise to make decisions on repairs and replacements, from carpets to tiles.
• Proactively identify and tackle community needs, fostering an enriched environment.

Your Qualities:

• Active Driver's License REQUIRED
• Leverage your maintenance experience to excel as a leader.
