Logan Contractors Supply, Inc is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Urbandale, IA
Logan Contractors Supply, Inc., a leader in the construction supply industry, is adding to our Accounts Receivable TEAM. Customer Service is key in all aspects of our business platform and we are currently looking for an individual that will service as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at our Des Moines, Iowa branch location.
Position will consist of:
- daily cash posting to customer accounts
- processing checks and credit card payments
- investigate and resolve pricing and billing issues
- analyze receivables and collect on past due accounts
- interact with internal teams and customers
- daily data entry as needed
- print, review, and mail statements monthly
- manage and respond to correspondence and inquiries from customers
- other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
- strong attention to detail and organization
- ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communications
- ability to use 10-key efficiently and accurately
- must be reliable and accountable
- experience in collections preferred, but not a requirement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
