Processing applications for apartments & needs to be very comfortable discussing property with applicants Assisting residents with purchasing laundry cards - acquiring signaturesScheduling appointmentsAssisting with marketing & social media Dress Code : Business Casual Requirements : HSD / GED requiredMust have Industry knowledgeStrong Leasing experience is requiredComputer & MS Office skills : Outlook, Word, Excel, PublisherMust have clear Drug Screen & Background Check
