Description : Inventory Coordinator Inventory Coordinator needed in the Oil and Gas Industry$18hourDuties will include :

• Translate demand forecast into a supply plan by coordinating with demand planning, production, materials planning and product management to ensure the supply plan meets each commercial requirements.
• Partner with demand planning, product management and production on product lifecycle management including product launches, transitions, and phase outs.
• Participate and contribute to monthly S&OP process
• Inventory Management responsibilities include DOS and DIO reporting, inventory parameters, setting of inventory targets, define stocking policies and optimize asset utilization to meet customer service level targets and operating working capital
• Performance analysis for supply and inventory key performance indicators- variance reporting to site location and Corporate.

Responsible for reporting action plans for variances

• Supervision of inventory planners
• Management of material master data required for supply planning
• Identify and implement improvement projects for the business
• Complete special projects and assignments as requested.

Other Characteristics :

• High School diploma. 2 - 4 year college degree preferred. Exposure to APICS extremely helpful.
• 5 years of supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Microsoft Office and related inventory software experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate, verbally and written, professionally
