Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to be part of our team as we expand our portfolio. Our newest addition will be a downtown Minneapolis, full-service, $15M revenue property with a global brand affiliation. The Housekeeping Supervisor supervises and provides needed support to 1st shift associates in order to maintain a clean and attractive appearance in guest rooms, public spaces and back of house areas. They will also see to all personnel performing housekeeping operations and carry out their responsibilities in a timely manner and in accordance to established hotel standards.

What you will be doing:

• Supervise the activities of room attendants, public area attendants and turndown attendant in all phases of the cleaning operation.
• Check work quality and make corrections and changes as needed. Assist in performance evaluations.
• Responsible for assigning the daily work schedules for the Room Attendants.
• Responsible for changing the status of the rooms as instructed.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure that the cleanliness standards are met.
• Completes all assigned projects in a timely manner.
