LOFT is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Jersey City, NJ.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their order.
• Answer phone calls and emails from customers.
• Process orders in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the company.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation at all times.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the store manager.
• Answer phones and emails from customers who have placed an order for which we have not provided.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
• Be available to open early morning shifts when needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision at times while also being able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.55 per hour
