Loffredo Fresh Produce is Hiring a Night Selector - Part Time Near Kansas, MO
We are currently seeking Full Time Night Selectors to join our second shift warehouse crew at our facility in Kansas City, MO. We are looking for proactive, methodical problem solvers. If you enjoy working alone and producing polished work or a routine workday to help you stay focused, and love making sure tasks are finished to perfection, we want to hear from you.

Salary: $18/ hour base plus incentive pay
Earn additional $3/hr.incentive pay for meeting accuracy and productivity goals
Higher incentive available for going above productivity levels!
Pre-employment:
- Must pass background check including sex offender registry
- Must pass drug test and lift test
Skills needed:
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy in selecting order items
- Able to take direction from all levels of management
- Ability to work independently within a team setting
- Repetition of daily work
Main responsibilities:
- Load trucks with product to be shipped internally and externally
- Accurately put together orders for next day delivery
- Use pallet jack to build loads
- Clean as you go, keeping the work area clean and safe from debris
- All other assigned duties
Basic requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Previous pallet jack experience a plus
- Previous reach truck experience a plus
