Internship Title: Marketing Intern, Americas - NORTH LATAM & TRAVEL RETAIL

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Miami, FL

Hybrid Schedule: 2 remote workdays per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Full-time Internship

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Marketing team ensures the success LOEWE in the region Americas Region (North America, Central America and South America)

The intern will support the Marketing Team and will directly report to the Senior Marketing Manager who is responsible for defining the Marketing plan and the Product/POSM strategy, as well as managing digital (social media and e-retail), education & retail projects.

The Marketing Intern’s duties will mainly focus on:

  • Visual Merchandising
  • Trade activations
  • Vendor Registrations
  • Sanitary Registrations
  • Digital Marketing
  • Analysis and Forecast
  • Training support

He/she is a detail-oriented & agile team player able to multi-task and perform duties in an efficient and timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support trade activation implementations by sharing guidelines, animations options, approving necessary elements, coordinating market calls and working with vendors for production of necessary materials to ensure brand elevation and sales.
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager and Area Sales Manager in working with local teams to adapt marketing and trade calendars with local markets.
  • Contribute in the digital e-corner developments for a flawless execution by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams: help process new site requests, gather required documents, ensure criteria is met, work cross functionally with teams to launch new sites, etc.
  • Assist with the maintenance of digital projects to ensure brand image standards are respected across all our e-retail channels: download and share e-commerce content from HQ to partners in the region, assist in assortment creation, update catalog master files and prepare and share reports.
  • Follow up of the POSM/GWP forecast per region and adapt planogram recommendation per location.
  • Create reports with analysis such as post activity results that include KPI’s, ROI, photos, client feedback, qualitative and quantitative data on the monthly basis as well as for specific trade activation results.
  • Follow-up with the HQ teams of the delivery of launch or campaign assets, visuals, social media asset, texts, CRM tools, and others elements as needed. Translate such assets to English and/or Spanish.
  • Liaise and support the Supply chain team with all non-selling orders
  • Support in the execution of media touchpoints’ updates
  • Help in the coordination of annual client convention with preparation, set up, required materials, samples, set up, etc.
  • Coordinate new vendor registrations and open/manage vendor purchase orders.
  • Support the training team in organizing online or in person trainings and seminars for the region.
  • Organize and ship out product samples to key partners within organization – competitor samples, formula submissions, product mock-ups, etc.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

PROFILE:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Experience in the beauty industry preferred.
  • Effective project management skills & strong attention to detail and follow up skills.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking & communication skills
  • Ability to deliver on tight deadlines while being diligent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
  • Fluent Spanish and English / Portuguese & French is a plus.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
