$1000 Sign On Bonus 

Bonus paid out over time - $200 at 90 days & then $300 at 6 months and $500 at 1 year mark.

Job Description and Responsibilities Housekeeping Room Attendant :

Job Summary: Performs routine duties of cleaning and servicing guest rooms and guest bathrooms, under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager. Housekeeping Room Attendants report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and promote a positive image of the property to the guests through cleanliness, anticipatory service, and friendly hospitality. Attendants should maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all housekeeping standards, departmental policies and follow all hotel’s procedures. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Requirements

Housekeeping Room Attendant  Qualifications & Experience: 

• Prior hotel experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided upon hiring. 
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays
• Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head, bending, and stooping to perform cleaning tasks.
• Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 75 lbs
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
