Opportunity Overview:

Join a well-respected multi-specialty practice in southern Virginia, seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon trained in Total Joints or Sports Medicine. There is virtually no competition within the community, and we serve as the sole provider of orthopedic care across a large catchment area. Work in a group-owned, brand-new facility with on-site physical therapy, pain management, and procedure rooms. Additionally, receive a guaranteed base salary, relocation assistance, and the opportunity for partnership after 2 years.

About the Practice:

• Work in a brand new state-of-the-art facility owned by the group
• Benefit from on-site physical therapy, pain management, and procedure rooms
• Dedicated support staff for each physician, including first assistants, medical assistants, NPs, and a care coordinating team
  • Each provider has their own exam room pod and MA

Schedule Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, outpatient setting
• Call is shared among providers

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual guaranteed base salary of $400,000 or more, with earning potential above $800,000 annually through production model incentives
• Relocation assistance is provided based on reimbursement receipts
• Partnership Track is available after 2 years, offering shared stock ownership and other benefits
